I’ve never ordered patches before. How do I start?

It’s easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote. Send us your design and tell us how many patches you want to order. We’ll reply within 1 day with a price and a production proof of your patch. Request any changes and order online or by telephone. If you don’t have a design, we can help create it for you, most of the time for free.

I already have a design. How can I send it to you?

You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us, or mail a picture to us. Our free quote form is the preferred way. We accept most types of formats, including .ai, .eps, .jpg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .bmp, and others.

I don’t have a design. Can you help?

Certainly! All you have to do is send us your ideas for your patch and we’ll design a patch for you. We will send you a production proof, and you will be able to review and revise the design before you order.

What is your minimum / maximum order size?

We do not have a minimum or maximum order. When you order through us, we can make as few or as many patches as you need.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express), checks, money orders, and purchase orders.

What is the turn around time for your products?

We routinely fill orders in about 14 to 21 days. We also offer a rush service with a 14 day delivery time.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes! We are able to ship to all APO and FPO addresses as well as any standard address around the world.

Are there really no setup fees?

That’s right! There are no setup fees, digitizing fees, or dyeing fees when you order from us. The only things you pay are the product cost and the shipping fee.

I have an existing patch. Can you duplicate it?

Yes, we can either work from a high-resolution scan of the patch or you can mail the existing patch to us. We are able to copy the size, colors, shape, and design of any patch. If you send us a patch to duplicate, we will return it to you with the patches we produce once they are completed.

What shape can my patch be?

Any shape you want. We custom manufacture all of our patches from scratch, so we can make them any shape, size, and design.

What is the normal size for a patch?

It depends on what the patch is being used for, but the patches we make are usually around 3 to 3.5 inches. We can also do much larger patches and much smaller patches, so let us know what size you want your patches to be.
